CAPConnections Comes Together for Macmillan

15 September 2026

Our latest CAPConnections gathering brought members of our EMEA CAPCrew together at Urban Rest Battersea to step away from the day-to-day, spend some quality time with colleagues and celebrate the connections that make CAP such a close, cohesive and caring global team.

This gathering had an extra-special purpose, as we came together to host a Coffee Morning for Macmillan Cancer Support.

Our CAPCrew brought cakes representing the home countries and cultures from across our wonderfully diverse community - from India to Hungary, Spain to Poland and all places in between. It was a joyful celebration of the many places we represent, the experiences we share and the kindness that brings us together.

Thanks to the generosity of everyone who baked, bought, donated and joined us, we raised an incredible £1,000 for Macmillan Cancer Support - and consumed more than a few calories along the way!

We are enormously proud of the courage, strength and kindness shown by our teams, not only on occasions like this but every day. This Coffee Morning was a beautiful example of the CAPCrew spirit: people coming together, supporting one another and using our collective energy to make a positive difference.

The money raised will help Macmillan continue its vital work supporting people living with cancer and their families, providing care, compassion and reassurance when it is needed most.

Our heartfelt thanks goes to everyone who made the morning so special, and to Urban Rest Battersea for providing such a fantastic and welcoming setting.

Great people, global flavours, generous hearts and a truly important cause - another very special CAPConnections that underlines our ongoing commitment to CAPCommunity and celebrating the opportunity to ‘pay forward’ our time together to support an incredible CAPCharity.

Well done CAPCrew. We couldn’t be prouder.
