Bill Hanfrey joins CAP Worldwide leadership team

CAP Worldwide is delighted to announce the appointment of Bill Hanfrey as Enterprise Sales Director, further strengthening its global commercial leadership as the business continues its accelerated corporate growth trajectory.

Following the successful delivery of CAP3.0 and continued expansion across global markets, CAP remains focused on elevating the client, booker and traveller experience through innovative, safe, secure and cost-effective extended stay solutions. Bill’s appointment reflects CAP’s ongoing commitment to investing in world-class talent to support enterprise clients and strategic Brand Partners across all regions. 

Reporting into CAP CEO Jo Layton and COO Andrew Hopgood, Bill joins the highly respected global matrix leadership team, working alongside Rachel Blackwood, Clare Ace, Kate Scott, Lorna Keen, Francine Migliorati, Dan Woodburn, Jess Sharpe and Simon Beauchamp, while supporting regional leaders Laura Rurode (Director Americas) and JP Lin (Director APAC).

In his role, Bill will be responsible for driving strategic growth across global corporate extended stay programmes, focusing on developing high-value partnerships and delivering scalable, sustainable solutions that support both client objectives and the wellbeing of their people. 

Andrew Hopgood, COO, says, “Bill’s experience across travel management, travel technology and fintech provides a highly relevant perspective for our clients. His understanding of how payments, expense and booking ecosystems integrate will be instrumental as we continue to evolve our digital capabilities through CAPTURE and CAPStore.”

Bill brings over 30 years of experience across corporate travel management, travel technology and expense solutions, previously holding senior positions with AirPlus, Travelport, Emburse, Sabre, CWT and BCD. Beginning his career in operational travel management, he developed a strong foundation in client service before progressing into senior sales, partnerships and leadership roles.
