12 February 2026

We’re delighted to share that Jo Layton, CEO of CAP Worldwide, will continue her role as a member of the Global Business Travel Advisory Board for the Advantage Travel Partnership.

Advantage Travel Partnership has announced the expansion of its Global Business Travel (GBT) Advisory Board, reflecting the growing influence and success of its Advisory Board, launched in 2024, and reinforces Advantage’s commitment to delivering on its future Global Business Travel Strategy.

The Board’s expansion strengthens Advantage’s ability to provide strategic guidance, industry insight and global perspective, ensuring that the business continues to evolve and deliver value for its members and stakeholders.

The Advisory Board brings together senior leaders from across the global travel sector to provide strategic insight and guidance as the industry continues to evolve. Jo’s continued involvement, as the board member for the accommodation sector, reflects both her leadership within the business travel community and CAP’s ongoing commitment to shaping the future of the sector.

Andrea Caulfield-Smith, Managing Director of Advantage Global Business Travel, said: “Over the past year, The Global Business Travel Advisory Board has played a pivotal role in shaping our strategy and direction. Through a series of focused and highly productive meetings, the Board has informed strategy across key areas including air, technology, global footprint and payment. Collaboration and open dialogue have been central to this success, ensuring that Advantage remains agile, aligned and responsive to the needs of both members, supplier partners and stakeholders.”

In such a dynamic and fast-evolving industry, staying agile and forward-thinking is essential. This expansion marks an exciting new chapter in our journey toward creating a truly integrated Single Stop Solution and I look forward to working closely with our newly appointed Advisory Board to drive further progress and positive change across our community,” continued Caulfield-Smith.

Recognised as a market leader, Advantage was ranked 3rd in BTN Europe's 2025 Travel Management Company rankings, based on 2024 global sales figures. Notably, 39 of the 55 leading UK TMCs are Advantage members, further underscoring its influence and leadership within the industry.

We’re proud to see Jo continue this important role and look forward to the impact of her ongoing involvement with the Advantage Travel Partnership.
